I gotta read this. Robert Parker did the same thing pretty well some years ago...http://www.npr.org/2014/03/05/283020051/even-in-new-hands-detective-philip-marlowe-rings-true?utm_campaign=storyshare&utm_source=share&utm_medium=twitter
It was 45 years ago today that I arrived in Vietnam - where I spent 12 months as an intelligence analyst. People always ask me what it was like....this great scene from Apocalypse Now pretty much nails it.
The first bound galleys of The Kennedy Connection are in. Sending out to some of my favorite authors...hopefully will get some book quotes from them.
.Not in Your Lifetime by Anthony Summers is, in my opinion, the best and most comprehensive book written about the questions surrounding the JFK assassination. I read his first version of this in 1980 and have re-read that numerous times. The issues that Summers raised helped inspire me to write my own fictional JFK book. This is an updated version of the Summers book and provided even more insight into the greatest unsolved crime in history.
