Fun time at Barnes & Noble on July 15 in NYC where I appeared with author friend Charles Salzberg to interview him at a launch event for his new novel THE BEGINNING OF EVERYTHING. Great conversation about the book, about writing and about journalism (he's a longtime journalist too, just like me.) And yes, he even got me to tell my NY Post Headless Body in Topless Bar story again.

Had a great time on March 26 being interviewed and signing books for the mystery club members at Claridge House in Verona, NJ. There were about 50 people there and most of them had already read my new one BROADCAST BLUES. So we had a great discussion about that, my upcoming Dana Perry-written thrillers, my journalism career and a whole lot more. Thanks to Valerie Horowitz who interviewed me and made this happen! My book launch party for BROADCAST BLUES, originally scheduled for January 9 at Mysterious Bookshop in NYC, had to be cancelled because of a severe weather storm. It will be rescheduled sometime in the next few weeks. Details coming soon.
